USD will be converted at spot rate to RMB and applied in full to the customer managed China cloud account. This credit may be used for cloud hardware and related services, but not applied to Elabify products or services such as ICP BeiAn or consulting. No refunds are permitted. Unused credits will be attempted to be returned after the closure of the customer account if the cloud provider permits it.
