Corporate customers who wish to deploy a public internet website in Mainland China are required to purchase an Elabify Managed ICP. Customers who want to secure their cloud deployment to a corporate network are encouraged to use the Elabify Cloud Hybrid Connectivity solution.
Each virtual private server is deployed your virtual private cloud network with a firewall, public/private IP address, and full root access via SSH provided via a random password emailed after purchase.
All servers include backups on the primary disk which are taken nightly and retained for 7 days. All data is encrypted at rest using an AES256-bit block cipher and a 2048-bit Elabify managed private key.
100GB of monthly public bandwidth is included at 200Mbps speed. Each additional 1GB used is billed separately at 1GB = $1 USD. Bulk bandwidth pricing and faster speeds are available upon request.
Only basic monitoring and support is is included. No server administration or advanced monitoring is performed by Elabify. It is the customers responsibility to patch, monitor the host, and perform application configurations.
